ABOUT ATTORNEY CHEREMONT
I began my legal career at American University's Washington College of Law, where I was awarded the Andrew E. Taslitz Award for Criminal Justice. Before starting my own practice, I served as a prosecutor in Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit, where I handled hundreds of cases involving DUIs, traffic offenses, and misdemeanors ranging from domestic violence battery and petit theft. That role gave me invaluable courtroom experience including negotiating resolutions, preparing for trial, presenting evidence, and working closely with law enforcement, probation officers, and victims.
Today, I use that perspective to help individuals navigate the criminal and family law systems with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I understand how cases are built and how decisions are made and I use that knowledge to advocate for fair outcomes and second chances for my clients.
Whether you’re dealing with the intricacies of probation, or looking to clear your record, I’m here to guide you through the process, protect your rights, and help you move forward with confidence.
